General Terms and Conditions for Promo Prices Based on Transaction Volume

General Terms and Conditions of Promo Price Based on Transaction Volume This is an agreement between PT Brick Financial Inclusive (“Company or Brick”) with Clients who intend to use Brick Services (Clients and COMPANY are each referred to as a “Party”, and collectively referred to as as “Parties”).

Accordingly, the Parties agree to bind themselves to the General Terms and Conditions for Transaction Volume-Based Prices which are governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Brick applies promos to Clients by waiving Service Fees for 100,000 (one hundred thousand) transactions per month on the Fund Transfer Service (“Promo”)  which is valid for 3 (three) months, accumulative total quota is 300,000 (three hundred thousand) free transactions, that can be used effective from 1 March 2023 to 31 May 2023 (“Promo Period”);

2. What is meant by a free transaction, is the money transfer fee (Service Fee) accordingly to previously agreed by Client with Brick,  as stipulated  in Disbursement Pricing Agreememnt (“Terms of Pricing”)

3. Clients are entitled to use this Promo when:
   ‍
   The client has achieved the minimum threshold/minimum limit of transaction volume, which is equivalent to the average number of transactions for the last 3 (three) months which is calculated based on the average volume of transactions in November 2022, December 2022 and January 2023. For example: if the average transaction volume for the previous 3 months was 1,000 transactions, then transactions starting from the 1,001st transaction onwards will be provided free of charge up to a maximum limit of 100,000 free transactions for that month.
   
   The Client has received a notification via email or Whatsapp message from Brick regarding the Client's eligibility to get the Promo; and
   
   The Client has placed some funds, or (Top-up Deposit/pre-fund), for the purpose of sending money, into the account specified by Brick to the Client

4. The free transaction promo will be included in the invoice issued by Brick to the Client for the use of the Fund Transfer Service of the previous month;
5. If in the case that the promo quota of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) free transactions is not fully used in that month, the remaining free quota will not be carried over to the next following month;
6. Brick will allocate another quota of 100,000 free transactions in the following month, and so on until this Promo Period ends;
7. If the quota of 100,000 free transactions for that month has been fully utilised, or when the promo periode has ended, the next transaction will be charged with the service fee as previously applied in the Disbursement Pricing Agreememnt (“Terms of Pricing”) between the Client and Brick;
8. The free transaction promo is prohibited from being traded to any third party in any way ("Prohibition"). If this prohibition is violated, it will cause the promotion to be revoked or not valid;
9. Brick also has the right to stop the Promo, before this Promo Period ends, with prior notification to the Client via email no later than 48  (fourty eight) hours  before the Promo is ended, without being required to provide any explanation to the Client for stopping the Promo;
10. The Parties agree that these General Terms and Conditions of Transaction Volume-Based Promo Prices are an integral part of the General Brick Service Terms and Conditions (“General Terms and Conditions”) and Disbursement Pricing Agreememnt (“Terms of Pricing”), altogether is referred to as the (“Agreement”) and the CLIENT declares to has read and understood all of this General Terms and Conditions.
11. These Terms and Conditions are made in Indonesian and English,in case of dispute between the two version, the Indonesian version will prevail.
